I have been working at Fashion Garments Vietnam.
I could improve my negotiation skill, communication skill and learn more about HR tasks, also. Apart from HR typical tasks, I had chances to experience in event management and public relations, which I’ve never done before. Moreover, the working environment is comfortable and suitable for those who are in search of company for internship. On top of that, the seniors are nice and hilarious, which makes me always full of energy.
At the beginning, the workload is huge more than I expected, it was a little bit challenged me. Maybe since I’m a student, I’ve experienced such kind of work. But when I get used to with this workload in HR Dept, I felt fortunate as I could do everything involving in my future career instead of doing nothing.
